Security & Managed Network Services

Small, Medium, and Large businesses all need a cost/effective way to ensure the ongoing protection and availability of their networks, and ultimately their business.  On a national basis, the SMB market experiences approximately 2 hours of interruption each week, impacting their productivity, business, and even the bottom line.  Our managed services practice coupled with a strong concentration on security is designed to eliminate up to 80% of the emergency calls many organizations make for the same or often less than what organizations are currently paying.

For organizations seeking assistance with the security of their network, our security practice focuses on the prevention of, and recovery from, un-authorized disruption, modification, disclosure, or use of information, whether accidental or intentional. Project Management

The key to successful technology projects rests in the quality and experience of the project management function. We have over 20 years experience in managing both large and small engagements, nationally. Our dedicated team of customer project managers have more than formal training, they have years of technical hands-on and project management experience. Our project management services can be bundled with other offerings or purchased on a stand-alone basis.

Supported by a strong project management discipline, we work closely with our customers to define and balance the project scope, timeline, resource requirements, quality objectives, and the key performance indicators necessary to measure and ensure success.

Typical deliverables of our project management engagements include:

  • Risks and Issues documentation and management
  • Team and Steering Committee status reports, concentrating on the critical actions and issues necessary to manage the engagement and risk

Deployment and End-of-Life Services

To simplify the rollout of new technologies into existing environments or new businesses, we offer a suite of deployment services, facilitating a full turn-key approach or menu-based model customized to individual requirements. Whether managing an organization-wide deployment or a simple lease return, our services are easily customized to meet your requirements and schedule. Our deployment services are available throughout North America and managed by our Single Point of Contact organization. A summary of our deployment services include:

  • Warehousing, integration, staging, and logistics for nationwide technology rollouts
  • Specialized lease return processing, including detailed technical analysis of systems to leading lessor requirements through our proprietary Precertification program

At M/C Service Solutions, our Help Desk service level agreements give customers the priority support they need with on-site support services, computer maintenance, and maintenance program design. We provide computer and printer repair services for HP, Lexmark, IBM, Dell, and a variety of other manufacturer products. Our service area covers all of North America with current customer locations in nearly all major markets in the US, including, Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, New York, California, Texas, and Florida.
