Overview
M/C Service Solutions is a division of O/E Systems, Inc, a
25-year veteran in the IT Service and Support industry. In
2001, M/C Service Solutions re-defined a focus on remedial
services, supporting a national landscape. Our methods represent
a new approach to solving an existing business problem experienced
by many large corporations: reliable, flexible, and affordable
IT Service and Support solutions.
Our service programs vary from
North American on-site IT support service agreements to high-end
technology implementations. We strive to foster an environment
of challenge and opportunity for our employees and long-term
loyalty and satisfaction for our customers. At
M/C Service Solutions, our Help Desk service level agreements
give customers the priority support they need with on-site
support services, computer maintenance, and maintenance program
design. The IT business
continues to change rapidly and our organization is built
to forsee market trends and be flexible in providing current
and future service offerings.
Leveraging our North American network, we provide a full range
of skills covering nearly every market in the US, Canada,
and Mexico, managed through our Single Point of Contact
Help Desk organization. Other
services include computer
and printer repair services for HP, Lexmark, IBM, Dell, and
a variety of other manufacturer products. Our service area
covers all of North America with current customer locations
in nearly all major markets in the US, including, Michigan,
Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, New York, California, Texas, and
Florida.
