M/C Service Solutions, our Help Desk service level agreements
give customers the priority support they need with on-site
support services, computer maintenance, and maintenance program
design. We
provide computer and printer repair services for HP, Lexmark,
IBM, Dell, and a variety of other manufacturer products. Our
service area covers all of North America with current customer
locations in nearly all major markets in the US, including,
Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, New York, California, Texas,
and Florida.
